We accept phone calls and texts seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. If we do not answer immediately we may be on a roof, under a house, going over the Inspection Report with the client, or otherwise attending to our customers. Please call and leave a brief message.

When you contact us, we will need to get some information from you. To get you the best prices possible we will need your name and contact information. We will also need an address for the property and the type of inspection you want a price for.
We will need the location of the property to ensure it is in our work zone. Our work zone is quite large, offering a wide range of services to meet your unique needs.
Northeast of Houston we serve Humble, Porter, New Caney, Splendora, Cleveland, Shepherd, Livingston and beyond.
North of Houston we go to Spring, The Woodlands, Conroe, Montgomery, Willis, Huntsville and beyond.
Toward the northwest we work in Tomball, Cypress, Pinehurst, Hempstead, Navasota and more.
Out west we inspect Mission Bend, Cinco Ranch, Katy, Brookshire, Sealy, and further.
To the southwest we range to Missouri City, Sianna Plantation, Sugarland, Richmond, Rosenberg, and past Needville.
We include the territory to the south including Baytown, Pasadena, Clear Lake, League City, Dickenson, and in between.

If you are buying a home, you can save money by bundling optional inspections with the main inspection. Optional inspections include components of the home that every property doesn’t have. That includes pools & spas, water wells, septic systems, boat houses and other outbuildings, lawn irrigation mold testing, and others.
