Standard Report: A comprehensive, custom written report with all the information about the house required by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC).
These Home Inspection Prices are for a Pre-owned Home OR a single stand alone “Optional” System as described by TREC.

A complete inspection with everything that we include for the TREC Inspection with Standard Report. The home inspection price is for up to a 4000 SF home. We add $0.10 per foot for larger homes.
Our famous PRO Report is an upgraded version of our Basic report. It is for Buyers or Sellers who want the most detailed report we have to offer.
If you are buying a newly constructed home our PRO REPORT also includes IRC Building code references. That goes a long way to take the argument out of the builder’s rep. And it’s included in our Home Inspection Prices.

There are several Optional Systems that are not automatically included in a TREC insption because all houses don’t include them. The Wildcat Inspectors are qualified to inspect all of those systems and happy to do so for the additional home inspection prices.
Our home inspection prices and fees are based on multiple factors. The amounts shown above are base fees. We know that when you are buying a home every penny counts. That’s why you can save money by bundling multiple systems and components. However, for a firm price we recommend that you give us a call. That way we will make every effort to give you the best price possible.
NOTICE: According to TREC SOPs an inspector is not required to inspect the components or systems described under the “Optional Systems” categories. However, if an inspector agrees to inspect a component or system described under that section, the same general provisions (SOP) for the home inspection will apply to the optional system or component.
