Our Mold Inspection Prices include two mold services. Firstly is a Limited Inspection of only the areas where the samples are taken. Secondly, is a complete inspection of the building from top to bottom. However, both have the same mold testing.

We include three mold tests as discussed below. The inspector will also perform a visual inspection for moisture entry points inside and outside the building.
Larger homes with more than 2 bathrooms and other additional areas might require more time and additional charges added to the mold inspections prices. Therefore, you should call us for a firm price.
Mold Testing: The primary method of determining the indoor air quality related to mold spores that we use is air sampling. Subsequently, a minimum of three air samples are required. Firstly, a sample is taken outside. That’s because we need a control. After that, two are taken inside. Those samples are included in the base mold inspections prices along with the fees from the accredited laboratory for their analysis.
Additional Mold Samples: We will add $75.00 to the base mold inspections prices for each additional air sample.
Other Mold Sampling: We might recommend other types of mold sampling (such as Tape, Swab, Bulk, etc.) after we begin the inspection. Consequently, we will be able to obtain a better analysis of the conditions. Those fees will depend on circumstances, but typically $75.00 each.
Quick turnaround: We can get most lab results back within two business days. If you need same day results there is an additional fee starting at $50.00. Additional fees may apply to the price for weekend results and/or based on mileage.
