A quick introduction about me, Zachary Ryan Payne. My friends call me Zac. Firstly, I consider myself blessed to have grandparents who were willing to teach me the value of having a trade skill. That’s because they were instrumental in broadening my knowledge base. That included all aspects of home building having been in construction all their lives. Luckily, I had the opportunity to get hands-on experience when they built their own home by helping with everything from the foundation to final punch-out.

I guess it was natural to want to become a home inspector where I could put that knowledge to good use. There were two choices at the time of my enrollment in the Home Inspection Courses. I could go to work sooner by getting an Inspector’s license and work under a Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) Professional Inspector as sponsor. My second choice was to continue working toward the highest TREC license, which was for Professional Inspector. I chose the latter. It was more work, but I am glad I did.

I’ve learned even more in the last several years since I joined the Wildcat Inspections Team as a Professional Inspector. I have confidence in my ability to provide a higher quality of service to my clients. I believe that the clients deserve the best inspection I can give them.
